About Pamela

Growing up as the oldest of four, I have always taken on a nurturing role, caring for my younger siblings. My upbringing has allowed me to thrive in many caregiving positions. Currently, as a behavioral specialist, I bring a wealth of experience in nurturing and supporting children with emotional and behavioral needs, including those on the autism spectrum. Over the past year, I have worked closely with children aged 7 to 14, helping them develop coping strategies and improve their social skills. In addition to my work with children, I have over two years of experience as a caregiver for the elderly, particularly those with dementia. This role has honed my patience, empathy, and ability to connect with individuals of all ages, ensuring their comfort and well-being. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive atmosphere and am excited to bring my skills to your family!
