We have had Pam as our nanny full-time for the past 6 months for our little boy J., who is now almost a year old. Pam is absolutely wonderful with J. She is extremely caring, attentive, patient, and diligent. She plays with him in his playpen, reads to him, plays music, talks with and engages him, and keeps track of his developments with daily notes and other updates for us. She is very communicative — making sure we have a heads up for any appointments she has or anything else that comes up, and has been very flexible with us for anything we have had in terms of schedule shifts. She’s very responsible and safety-conscious. I am so grateful we found her and would strongly recommend her as a nanny to any family.
