I studied child development in college. When my youngest daughter was 4 yrs old I went from home room mom to substituting at her school. I subbed for 15yrs. Then worked at Springfield public school for 6yrs. 2 1/2 yrs were spent in a 3-4 yr old program. I currently work part time as a preschool teacher of 4 yr old. I also have 5 adorable grandchildren. I am passionate about being involved with children and helping them grow and encouraging them towards new heights of learning . And I believe loving them and encouraging is the best approach.
