About Paola

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. With 7 years of experience as a childcare provider (including babysitter, camp counselor, substitute teacher and after school program counselor,) I've gained the skills and knowledge to support families and provide a reliable childcare option. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I love playing board games, puzzles, cooking and doing arts and crafts with children. I'm certified in First Aid and CPR. I hold a college degree from the University of Houston and am fluent in both English and Spanish. I'm also willing to assist with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping
