I have over 25 years of childcare experience, which includes both non-paying and paying jobs. The non-paying "gig" involves raising my two sons, one is a college graduate, and the other is a high school sophomore. I've been a substitute teacher in the Westwood Regional School District since 2019. Prior to COVID, I was a part-time babysitter for two boys (6-year-old and 10-year-old) Monday - Wednesday (5:00 - 7:30). I would pick them up from school/day care, bring them home, review homework, prepare dinner, give the younger boy a bath, and play games/cards with them. Until June of 2022, I babysat a 5-year-old boy Monday through Friday (9:00 - 12:30) while his mother worked from home. I have a lot of availability during the weekend and most weeknights. I can also babysit overnight and already provide this service for one of my clients. I have plenty of references, and I'm available for a phone interview. If you prefer, I can do a "meet and greet" in person.
