Hello, my name is Paula. I am 41 years old and have a deep passion for working with children. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, ranging from newborn to 12 years of age. I have spent the past seven years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician. I provide ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. I am currently employed as an RBT but I am looking for part time work as a nanny. In addition to my work, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health Management. My dream is to one day become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) so that I can help more children and more families. I also absolutely love dogs. In my downtime, I enjoy taking them on playdates and relaxing with them at home. I have experience assisting new mother's and working with twins. I am also a non-smoker with a clean driving record.
