About Payton R

Hi name is Payton, I am from Wyoming and moved to Maryland last year! I am a very reliable, patient, energetic, fun and creative person who has approximately 9 years of experience caring for children. I have an extensive and diverse background of working with youth through gymnastics and dance programs, the Boys and Girls club (I worked the art room!), PLS/para educator school services, as an RBT and volunteer work through Make-A-Wish. My experience with children ranges from ages 4-18 and with children on the spectrum. Some fun facts about me: I love all things art and DIY projects, I did competitive gymnastics for 14 years and coached for 4 years, I love animals, I have an associates in elementary education and I am from a small town in Wyoming! My strengths include compassionate and professional childcare, great time management, experience with children with autism (2+ years), I am detail oriented and love to clean, I have reliable transportation and a clean driving record!
