About Quincey

I like working with kids because I love to help them discover the world for themselves and grow! I have loved watching my 2 nieces and 4 nephews as they are growing and I enjoy caring for them which has led me to be interested in becoming a nanny! I'm looking for a job that is flexible as I am a nursing Student at UVU. I am hoping to specialize in pediatrics and NICU so I especially would like to work with younger children and infants. I started working with kids in my early teens through babysitting for family, family friends, and neighbors. I have had professional experience as a substitute for various daycares through the company Upkid for 2 years. I have also cared for my nieces and nephews as family members go out of town or on date nights. I have been working with a little girl with disabilities since 2022 and have gained a lot of experience dealing with seizures, g-tubes, medication administration and more! I am CPR certified and trained for choking crisis.
