About Rachael

Over the last 10+ years, I have cared for children at summer camp, daycare, and after-school programs, with children under my care ranging from 2 years old to 12. I was an activity leader for the ARCH after-school program before I took a position as a site coordinator for the public school's LOOP program. These positions allowed me to expand my experience from child care and child safety to creating structured and recreational learning environments. While working for Loop, I took several classes in child development. Most recently, I worked in a Montessori K-8 school as a librarian and am now currently the librarian at a middle school in GRPS!
