About Rachel

I spent many years caring for my Grandmother before she passed earlier this year. She had multiple disease that kept her from being able to care for herself. Through those years I learned so much about caring for her and I believe that I can take what I've learned and help others with their elderly family members or parents. The thing they need most is company. They need to know someone is there or that someone is coming to see them. Their routines are so important for their mental and physical help. I'd be happy to provide good conversation or just listen to their stories, make sure they take their meds and have healthy meals that they can enjoy. I can also clean and do laundry if necessary.
