Hi, my name is Rachel and I am 27 years old. I studied studied at the University of Michigan, c/o 2018. I am an aunt to eight beautiful nieces and nephews. Growing up, I babysat and tutored other children in our community, as well as my own nieces and nephews. My family temporarily housed foster children and I was able to help as I got older. I continued nannying as a part time job in college and shortly after graduating. While I prefer taking care of infants and toddlers, I am experienced with children of all ages and of different abilities. I believe in providing a comfortable and engaging environment for kids. I am able to help with homework and studying. I am also athletic and artistic, so I am able to engage children in a wide array of activities. Also, I love and have quite a bit of experience with animals. I am willing to do meal prep and light housekeeping.

We had a great experience with Rachel last week. We were in from out of town and she sat for us with our 9 year old, 4 year old, and 6 month old. She managed them all in a hotel room nonetheless! She was incredibly kind, caring, sweet, easy to communicate with, and overall a lovely person. I would definitely recommend her! I was super nervous to leave my kiddos with a stranger and she made me feel very comfortable with it all, especially with my littlest. She was really excellent and I feel lucky we found her. Thank you Rachel!
