About Rachel

I have worked with many ages and seen many battles that individuals go through daily. Some individuals were close to me, while others were strangers. I am very passionate about caring for others because I want to ensure every person has someone to be cared for during challenging times. Everyone deserves a friend. The form of experience I previously had serving the elderly community were volunteered. I shadowed in nursing home facilities, home therapy, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals. I have assisted and learned from physical therapists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists. I am not a therapist nor will I have the skills as a therapist to give appropriate care as one, but I will provide the care as a caregiver. In my spare time, I like to paint, read, workout, play board games, spend time with loved ones, travel all over and love serving people and find joy in doing so! I love all food, furry animals, and love hearing other people's life stories!
