About Rachel

Hello there! I came from a Montessori background and worked with a full Montessori school in Florida before coming up to Colorado and working at a hybrid Montessori school for the past year. I'm currently taking a break so I can help out my family, but I'm just as passionate as I was in the classroom about wanting children to thrive! I love working with children because it allows me the chance to be part of their development and growth. I'd describe my personality as patient, creative, and energetic. I started working with kids when I was roughly 10 years old, helping out with the infants and younger children in the youth groups. I officially worked with children in a school setting at the end of March 2021. My skills include supporting independence in children, prepping activities, and supporting families.
