How can I help your child reach his/her full potential? I have tutored in the private sector and with Sylvan Learning Centers. This, while teaching Special Education students as well as Regular Education students at all elementary grade levels in Cook, DuPage and Will County Schools for over 30 years. I have both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in education. Because I taught for so many years, I have accumulated a plethora of teaching and supplemental materials. With many years of experience also comes a bag of tricks for dealing with learning differences and behavioral issues as well as organizational and focusing problems. I incorporate games and memorization tricks into my instruction. As a retired teacher, I realized that I missed students. Since 2016, I have been tutoring 1st through 8th graders in all subjects. There is nothing greater than helping each of them find their confidence and potential. With patience, correct teaching/learning style and practice, EVERYONE CAN LEARN!
