I also have experience working with children who have significant needs. I have experience in Montessori teachings and application. I am CPR and First Aid certified and I have completed Love and Logic courses. I believe a structured environment is very important for children. I am extremely focused on promoting the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of children as well as their independence. I can't say enough good things about RaeLee. She is more than just a nanny for our daughter - she's a part of our family. We are a military family and she has been incredibly flexible and helped us through so many changes, deployments, late nights, and unpredictable schedules. She is incredibly kind, understanding, dependable - all around the best nanny we have ever had. She's helped my daughter to grow emotionally and academically. I only wish we could take RaeLee and her family with us when we move! She has been a huge blessing to our family.
