About Randi

I have been given the opportunity to work with many children and families through the past decade of my life. My passion began in high school, I would babysit for families in my neighborhood. I fell in love with it. In junior college, I was a soccer player and nanny for a family in the summer. When I transferred to the University, I was employed through a college nanny referral service. I also worked as a Kids For All Seasons Attendant at Four Seasons in Carlsbad. After I graduated with my BA, I began working part-time as well as full time with many different families as a child care provider and behavioral therapist. I have been a committed nanny for the past five years. I have a huge passion for working with children.

My wife and I used Randi to help care for our two elementary aged kids. She was amazing, kind and considerate. Our son has ADHD and requires lot of attention and redirection. Randi was able to effectively manage and communicate with him. She was very reliable and punctual. Kids enjoyed playing games with her and she was able to watch/supervise them in the pool as well. We would highly recommend Randi.
