I am an educator and have been teaching for 14 years, it is my passion. For the past 4 years I've been employed as a Nanny. I work with children from infant stage to middle school aged children. Being a Nanny allows me to care for and nurture children. My job allows me to make sure the children that are under my supervision are learning new things. My love and passion for children grows daily and I'm learning so much about them and their inquisitive minds. Not only are the children the light of my day I always strive to be the light of their day too. In 2015, I obtained my Associates Degree from Med TechCollege as a Medical Assistant with a specialty in Pediatrics. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, and Adult and Infant Care. A group of moms and I hired Rashanda on to be the teacher of our in-home preschool pod and she more than exceeded my expectations. I am so grateful to her for being such a positive, nurturing, calm and supportive teacher for my then 3 year old twin boys. She quickly taught the children to sight read, write and do math equations. More importantly she made them feel safe and loved as she helped them develop their confidence, emotional and social skills. It was such a pleasure watching my boys thrive during that school year under Rashanda’s wing.
