Riley did not answer any of my messages. I texted through the app multiple times. Twice asking to do a zoom meeting. I also messaged the morning of, an hour prior to the job. And still no response. I waited and waited and contacted care.com they spoke with me via chat. I am extremely late for work and did not have a backup in place. I really want to trust care.com. but this experience left an awful taste in my mouth. Riley should of not accepted the job of she wasn't going to do it. And if something came up, have the common courtesy to let someone know.
