I'm Robert. I can apply my experience and intricate knowledge of computers to instill in you the basics of computing. I've been a computer enthusiast since 2005 and haven't stopped learning about them since. One tutor relevant certification I have is the CompTIA(Computing Technology Industry Association) Fundamentals+ certification. I have 4 years of experience as an instructor with the Department of the Army, teaching people both how to use and service life critical equipment. I'm confident that my certification, 18 years of computing experience, and 4 years of professional instructing experience can and will take you from no knowledge of computing to being your workplace's next computer using wiz. The things you can expect from me is that I will always be professional, polite, prompt and patient with every student. My expectations for students is that they come prepared with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, be inquisitive, and provide feedback to me as their tutor.
