About Robert

My name is Robert, and I have worked as a Household Assistant for three years. I began working during COVID when someone I knew took his mother out of the nursing home to live with his family. They needed a helping hand and hired me to help around the house. My primary job was to take care of the household chores. I planned and cooked dinner for the entire family. I did the laundry, washed the bedsheets and ironed the dress clothes. I did light housekeeping, such as sweeping and vacuuming, dusting and cleaning the bathrooms. I also ran some errands, such as grocery shopping. I even did some work in their small garden. I also watched their mother when everyone was out of the house. She was mostly self-sufficient, though, and I was there to keep on eye on her and give her a helping hand if she needed it. I enjoyed my time working for them and would like to find a similar position elsewhere. P. S. My rate is $20-$25/hour.
