I am a caring, compassionate, and responsible caregiver. I have 15 years of experience taking care of the elderly as a private live-in attendant or hourly worker. As a companion and caregiver I always do my best to provide the highest quality of service. My job responsibilities included monitoring and assisting with all activities of daily living for my clients: monitoring medications schedules, Dr appointment, baths, toilet use, grooming, dressing, cooking, light housekeeping, and running errands. I am also able to do light lifting as needed. I have experience working with handicapped women and men in their beginning stages of dementia and Alzheimer's and I am a very patient person. Throughout my career as a caregiver I have developed meaningful connections with my clients and I take pride in my reputation for being extremely efficient and my willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my clients' well-being. We hired Rosa to help with my father in law. She worked with us for about a year. She was very dependable and always punctual. She helped cover shifts when the other hired help couldn't work. She was very kind and patient with him as well. She always was helpful and done whatever he or we needed of her as his health declined. I would hire Rosa again if I had a need and feel like she would be valuable help to any family with a need.
