My journey into caregiving was inspired by my positive experiences in being a newborn care specialist, nanny and household manager. My desire is to support families by providing a great childcare option. Patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor define my approach to childcare. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while following the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style.
