About Ruth

Before my work experience as a nanny, I raised and home-educated eight children. I also have many years of experience working with babies and children outside my home. Most recently, I spent four years working as a nanny caring for two girls who are now attending school. I have enjoyed working with children and welcome the opportunity to invest in others. I strongly believe in the importance of character and have helped children learn qualities such as patience, diligence, respectfulness, honesty, and gratefulness. I also love reading to children and instilling in them a love of good quality books. My skills include patience; communication (both speaking and listening), which includes the ability to communicate with both the children and the parents; organization and planning; and creativity.
