About Ryder

I have an undergraduate degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering and a minor in chemistry (2 years of biology and chemistry courses). I have always enjoyed helping out my peers in college. In high school, I tutored local seniors with their iPhones and iPads; in college, I participated in a club that taught STEM materials to high school students of various disabilities; in my most recent job, I helped train new employees to get them adjusted into their positions. I enjoy teaching others and helping them succeed. I am a very patient, friendly, and diligent person. In the last few years, I have worked with many kinds of people of various ages and backgrounds. I am open minded to new experiences and personalities different than my own; I genuinely take an interest in learning about others. In my spare time, I like to go outside on hikes, bike rides, and short runs or walks. I also like to read, listen to musical soundtracks, and volunteer locally.
