About Ryley

I'd describe my personality as easy-going, cheerful, and compassionate I like working with kids because they are so much fun to be around. They are joyful and silly and I love watching them explore the world around them. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I started babysitting for a family in my church with 2 young kids when I was 14. They were 2 and 5 at the time and I babysat them for a few years. I then went on to be a camp counselor for a Christian camp and counseled middle school and high school girls. I volunteer in Church about once a month and have done childcare for families in my church. In my spare time, I like to read, write, watch tv and movies, hike, bake, and spend time with my husband, family, friends, and our cats. My 3 best childcare skills are patience, safety and first aid, and conflict resolution. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for the children I care for. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
