Sandra started with us when our third child was born and lived with us for two years. At the time our other children were 1 1/2 and 4. Sandra is extremely responsible, reliable, honest, trustworthy and experienced. She took excellent care of our children and had a great rapport with all of them. Sandra was very organized, detail-oriented, efficient and timely. She was great at keeping the kids on a schedule and helped to establish a routine for them. While the children were out of the house, she did an excellent job of tidying the kids rooms, preparing their meals and doing their laundry. She kept the children's belongings very neat and organized. She is a great cook and helped establish good eating habits for the kids. We would often have Sandra take the children on play dates, to classes and to the park. We trusted her immensely. She was very proactive about finding activities for the kids. She enjoyed reading to them and playing games with them. When our daughter was an infant, she would read to her several times a day. She loved to teach her the alphabet and counting and would proactively do art with her. She was equally great at playing with older children. She is very savvy with electronics like our son's video game system and even put together an entire toy wooden kitchen.
