About Sandra

I have been working with children for approximately 9 years, more if you count my time as a Girl Scout when we would help organize events for the younger girls. I have cared for children from 2 months old to teenagers. On several occasions, I have had 5 children in my care at the same time. While I was in high school, I was babysitting for four different families. One family was 20 hours a week 3 kids ages 5, 7, and 9 for two summers in a row. During the summers of my sophomore and junior years, I was a camp counselor at a track camp run by Reading Parks and Recreation. During the summer of my senior year I worked at Pine Island Camp in Belgrade Lakes, Maine. I love working with children and am good at organizing fun activities like art projects, visits to the park, and backyard games. I also love to make sure they're clean and fed and ready to go for any event or activity they have planned. I am naturally optimistic and upbeat person.
