About Sandra

(I am based in Chicago/Bucktown) I am looking for some part-time work on the side. I have over 6 years of experience working with children. I have worked at different day care centers and I am comfortable with pets. I enjoy having fun with kids and figuring out different ways to get off the screen! I'd describe my personality as funny, understanding, and caring! I like working with kids because it is way more rewarding and fun than working most regular jobs. I love being able to be silly and see the world through a different lens. My skills include being patient and respectful. Children are often ridiculed, yelled at, or ignored over simple asks. I find myself always talking to most of the children that I nannied/baby sat for in a young adult way (depending on the age of course). I don't believe in babying children, and I also believe that children should be held accountable for their actions! .
