I always had two dogs when I was growing up the kid because we had a backyard. As an adult I haven't had that so I switched to cats. I love you both equally and currently have two cats, a 19-year-old healthy, female and a 3 1/2-month-old female kitten. I always have 2 - company for each other. I never had children so my animals have been my kids.
