Had a conversation regarding the position. She stated that she wished to start on Wednesday which I agreed that we could accommodate. Wednesday came she know called no showed no message. Transparency and communication and trust are an integral part of the Nanny parent relationship and based on these actions it doesn't seem that she has enough maturity to handle such a relationship.
