About Sarah

Growing up as the daughter of a daycare center owner, I've always been surrounded by kids. They have such a joyful perspective, and it brings me so much joy to help them become kind and responsible adults. My mom runs a daycare center that I've helped out with as long as I can remember. As a teenager, I would also volunteered as a caregiver for a non profit called Hour Children. I've also worked as a part time babysitter for 5 years. One thing you should know about me is that I'm extremely creative! I'm an artist with a degree from Maryland Institute College of Art, and I love to bring my art skills into my time with little ones by introducing art and creative play. I pride myself on being extremely reliable, and I always have a positive attitude! My skills include infant care, developmentally appropriate play, and an eternally optimistic attitude! I'm hoping to go to grad school soon, so I need flexibility to work around my class schedule.
