I am thrilled to write this review for our incredible nanny, Sarah ("Meg") who has cared for my oldest son since he was one year old and my youngest son since he was born. Meg has been our nanny both in a nanny share environment with other families, as well as our exclusive nanny at other times and she has excelled in both settings. From the moment she stepped into our home, Meg brought with her a level of warmth, professionalism, and dedication that truly sets her apart. Meg has always been incredibly reliable and trustworthy. She is punctual, organized, and always goes above and beyond to accommodate our family's schedule and needs. Whether it's staying late when we have unexpected commitments or stepping in at a moment's notice, we can always count on her to be there for us. In the five years I’ve worked with Meg, she has always shown genuine love and care for our children, and I’ve always been so impressed with the patient and kind way she works with our kids. She always ensures that our children not only feel safe and nurtured but also inspired to learn and grow each day, and she is very good at creating engaging and educational activities tailored to each child's interests and developmental needs. Meg has always demonstrated outstanding communication skills, and she keeps us informed about our children's daily activities, milestones, and any concerns that may arise. Her open and transparent approach allows us to have peace of mind knowing that our children are in the best possible hands. She always comes to our house with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. We are grateful for the positive impact she has had on our children's lives and the peace of mind she brings to ours. I cannot recommend Meg highly enough. She is not just a caregiver but a true partner in our children's upbringing, and we are immensely thankful to have her in our lives.
