I taught with TFA for three years in Houston, and then returned to my hometown of Denver, got married, and have been living and working as a teacher ever since. I am taking a break from working for the Denver Public Schools, but love to teach and love children and want to continue sharing my skills. I was an International baccalaureate Spanish teacher at Brown elementary school, in Denver, for seven years. I wrote Spanish curriculum for the Denver Public Schools, and found a lot of success in a methodology that involves imagination and storytelling.
