I LOVE dogs! My family in NC has 4 small dogs (3 of which we adopted after I started volunteering with Catering for Cats and Dogs which helped find foster care and forever homes for animals), so I am always looking for ways to interact with other furry friends. I frequently pet sat for neighbors and coworkers with big and small dogs. I also volunteered with Catering to Cats and Dogs for 2-3 years in high school. (I can provide references if requested). I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in May of 2019 with two degrees in Global Studies and Hispanic Literatures and Cultures. I currently serve as an AmeriCorps Member with City Year where I help tutor and run an after school program at an elementary school in Eastside San Jose.
