About Savannah

I'm an easy going and fun loving person with over 8 years of experience working with children. My first job was an assistant at a childcare center when I was 16. Since then I have worked as a sitter, a nanny, a mother's helper, a teacher in multiple childcare facilities including nursery and kindergarten. I have also developed my own nature kindergarten program for a group of 7 children between the ages of 3 and 6. I have tutored 2 Chinese children aged 7 and 13 in all of their school subjects as well as ESL. I have extensive experience working with children of all ages from 3 weeks until teenagers, including autistic children, speech delayed and impaired children, and down syndrome children. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology with concentration in Early Childhood Education. Additionally, I am a very skilled musician and have pursued music as a part-time career for the past 3 years.
