About Savannah

Hi there! I am a licensed art teacher in the state of Michigan turned nanny with 6 years total of child care experience. As a nanny, I have worked for a lovely family of two boys (at start, ages 10 months and 2. 5, now 2 and 4) for one year. I have experience potty training, creating sleep plans and starting pre-school. I am familiar with the developmental stages of early childhood. My nannying style is "love and logic". As a teacher, I worked at Bowen Elementary School in Kentwood Public Schools teaching all grades, 4-12 years old. I am extremely comfortable caring for children of all ages, having taught in middle and high school (Northview High School - 1 year). I am CPR and First Aid certified for all ages (including infants) and am excited to implement educational art lessons and activities when developmentally appropriate for your child. I am available 4-5 days a week. I have my own transportation and live in the Heritage Hill area.
