I have various experiences with children especially with children with disabilities. I currently work in the school system as an instructional assistant for autism at the elementary level. I have been working in the field for 11 years. I have prior experience with in home care as well, working on independent life skills and taking individuals out in the community for community involvement . I did this for 4 years. I have also worked as an attendant on special needs bus for 4 years prior to going into the building. I I would be looking for flexibility because I go back to the school system as of August and also do part time event security.
