About Selena

Hi! My name is Selena and I am a graduate with a degree in Social Work. I currently work as a special education teacher for kindergarten/1st graders. I have experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing therapy for kids with Autism. Before this, I acted as a group leader for an after-school program where I was in charge of over 64 kids and during the summer months I would act as a camp counselor for the YMCA creating activities for different camps. I enjoy getting to know new people and especially love being around children and helping them to grow. I enjoy reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. I love being outdoors enjoying or tasting new foods and exploring new places. However, I'm also a big homebody and enjoy spending time indoors binging on a good show! I am extremely flexible and patient. I value open communication and will ensure your child/children will have a great time!
