Shamel has been with us weekly for more than a year, and has been a wonderful companion to my wife, who has dementia. In the evening, she helps her with getting out of bed to take her bath and put lotion on her, prepare & have dinner with her, and engage her in one-on-one conversation and audio & video entertainment. She also gives her medications, tucks her into bed for the night, clears & washes the dishes, and brief me on how the evening went. She is very helpful, flexible, reliable, cooperative and pleasant to work with. I endorse her without hesitation.
