About Shanna

I'd describe my personality as patient, reliable, hard working. I like tutoring because I love helping students foster a love for learning and confidence in their abilities to succeed. I'm looking for a job that part time (I teach full time during the week) but can be flexible. I started tutoring when in college. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, cook, watch Philadelphia sports, walk/hike, and read. One thing you should know about me is I have been teaching for 20 years. I spent most of that time in preschool but have experience working with older students in different summer programs. I also have a Masters degree in Reading from Rowan.
