About Shayna

Hello! I am an experienced nanny with an associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I am currently pursuing my bachelors degree at San Francisco State University, where I am studying Child Development with a specilization in Youth Work and Out-of-School Time. I spent my freshman year of college working at a Child Study Center, where I was trained by teachers with decades of experience. I have experience working with infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers in professional and at home settings. During the start of covid, I became a live in nanny for an infant/toddler in Austin, TX. I am trained in anti-bias education, and building appropriate curriculum/activities for children based on their age and development. I am currently living in the east bay and am looking for a part time nannying job while I pursue my bachelors degree. I am available full time for the summer, and would be happy to discuss!
