About Sheila

I'm pursuing my doctorate in education, special education, with a focus on mood/behavior disorders. Formally worked with ASD special education in elementary schools. I understand that every family has their own way of raising their children and am respectful of how one runs their household. Open minded and always interested in learning more about how best to provide for our youth, meet their needs, support their progress, reach their goals. Was a military spouse, duel working parent household and then a single parent, so I understand the logistics of many situations. I enjoy being active and creative with children. I miss teaching and working with kids, thought this would be a good way to continue working while focusing on my dissertation. It really brings me joy.
