Addendum to Shelby's posting: Shelby worked two months for me as a housekeeper/personal assistant until one day she just didn't show up. It had been stressed to her that I depended on her assistance and I requested a week's notice if she leaving. She frequently arrived late and pushed to leave early. She was good on tasks she decided to take on, but tasks I requested were forgotten.
