Shelby has been nannying for my family for a little over a year now and has been absolutely incredible. She has been with my baby from 6 months of age to about 18 months and has been blown my expectations out of the water through every stage. My daughter absolutely adores her and has learned so much from her – including sign language, multiple words, hand eye coordination activities, etc. She’s also been incredibly helpful to me with the house! As a working mom, having someone you can trust in your home is invaluable. Shelby does the dishes, laundry, mops, sweeps, keeps the playroom and my daughter’s bedroom perfect. The biggest thing that my husband and I have noticed and appreciated about Shelby is how much she loves our kid. She genuinely cares so much and that is rare. She is incredibly reliable – in fact she has never once been late in the morning or called in for any reason. She’s been so flexible with hours and comes early/stays late when needed. I could not possibly recommend her enough.
