About Sheliya

Hello, My name is Sheliya. I am a fun loving college student, currently attending online to achieve my bachelors degree in nursing. I'm furthering my education to become a pediatric nurse or nurse midwife! I started nannying professionally when I was 17 beforehand I was babysitting family members and friends of the family. The first professional job was with a sweet baby boy who was 6 months old at the time. I loved every minute of this job! I stayed with this family for 3 years until he went to daycare. I then moved on to another family but along the way I realized I can make a career out of my this so I need to be more prepared for the job I became CPR and First aid certified. I am a CNA and a doula to further my expertise with children. I worked with a family who had a 10-month-old daughter and this furthered my belief that this is what I should be doing and this was my passion. I continued on with three other families ages 0-3.
