Sherry babysits my 3-month-old a couple times per week. From the first day, he instantly lights up when he sees Sherry. She gives him lots of attention and takes him for walks, feeds him when he's hungry, and changes his diaper. When he is napping, she takes the initiative to do helpful things around the house (fold his laundry, for example, or prepare bottles). She asks for and follows instructions. She is patient and kind with him, and seems to genuinely enjoy being around babies and kids.
