About Shian

I have been caring for young children from an early age, starting with babysitting for neighbors and family members, and working with children ranging from newborns to 17 years old. This experience sparked my passion for teaching and caring for young children. Now, at 28 years old, I have graduated from Penn State with a liberal arts degree in Law & Society and a minor in Political Science. During my time in school, I initially worked full-time in an office but later transitioned to full-time work as a nanny. It was through my time as a nanny that I realized the fulfillment and happiness I experience in caring for children far surpasses anything I've encountered in other fields. As I continue my career journey, I am seeking full-time or near full-time work as a nanny, where I can continue to nurture my passion for childcare. I am reliable, and I take necessary precautions to minimize unnecessary contact, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
