About Simon

I have worked as an aide in Special Education for children with a variety of developmental, behavioral, intellectual and learning disabilities and am working as an RBT providing ABA therapy for kids with Autism that are 5-12. I have assisted with toileting, diapering and potty-training, oral therapy, life skills, positive behavioral management, assisted with social outings, some ASL production, am familiar with communication devices, have worked closely with BCBA/SLP/PT/OT and much more. Additionally, I have been a substitute teacher for grades PreK-7th grade and am able to gain rapport quickly with children as a result of that.
