About Skye

Ever since I was a young teenager I have always been drawn to the care and supervision of children. It started in school when I would help the special needs students in their gym class. I loved watching their excitement as they were able to participate on their own level in the modified games. Later, I babysat after school every day for a 10-year-old whose single mother needed to work late. I supervised homework, screen time, outside time and made him dinner. I have helped at the West Ridge Special need respite days, the nursery at church and have babysat and pet-sat for many of my parents' friends and neighbors. I love to do crafts and games inside and out. I love to swim and walk and build blanket forts. I have even danced in the rain and made mud pies in an outside kitchen!! I love children, their energy, their free spirits and their imaginations. I would dearly love to spend time with your kiddos and give you the peace of mind to know they are happy and safe until you return.
