To Whom It May Concern, As a nanny to my son and daughter for 5 1/2 years spanning infant to elementary school years, Soraya M. proved herself to be a highly capable, responsible and always brought warmth, creativity and fun to every day for the whole family. I am amazed at the ease with which Soraya can handle a variety of personalities with calm and ease. Her child education background comes through in the way in which she relates to and communicates with children. She has a deep understanding of children s needs at different stages and is able to gain their trust easily as a result. She has creative talents that she brings in to projects like art and cooking that the children enjoyed and appreciated. Soraya was able to juggle multiple schedules and take on additional responsibilities when I traveled for work. Not once have I seen her become overwhelmed by a given situation. I have had the utmost confidence in her judgment and have always felt comfortable leaving my children in her care.
